Tinctures is an easy way to take CBD if you do not want to eat, drink or take CBD as a pill. It is as simple as placing your desired amount under your tongue and go on about your day. Tinctures can help  assist the body with anxiety, stress, inflammation and pain.  All of our tinctures use coconut as a carrier oil.

We recommend starting with a half of a dropper under your tongue and holding it for at least 30 seconds and swallowing. If after a few days, you are not finding relief with your imbalances, use a whole dropper. Some people find relief taking their tincture once a day. For others, they take it 2 to 3 times a day as needed for their imbalances. 

Absorption and the longevity of the tincture is typically 6-8 hours. That being said,  everyone’s metabolism is different, and may not fall into the “typical” amount for the CBD to last in their system.
