Pain Creams

Along with 500mg of Broad Spectrum CBD, these ingredients assist the body with pain relief:

Methyl Salicylate: (AKA Wintergreen oil) known as a counterirritant by causing the skin to feel cold then warm thus reducing the pain sensation. Also a decongestant

Menthol: Menthol also has the ability to bind to the TRPM8 receptor, thus triggering a message to the brain that it is cold. The brain then responds by numbing the area where the menthol has been applied, effectively numbing pain, even though your body temperature actually remains the same. Another way that menthol induces numbing sensations is through the Kappa Opioid receptors, which reside just below the surface of the skin. Menthol contains tiny molecules called ligands that activate the opioid receptors when absorbed by the skin. Menthol increases blood flow to the area of application. Increased blood flow can bring healing because the blood carries out toxic waste while at the same time bringing in fresh nutrients the body can use for cellular repair. Also a counter-irritant & decongestant

Camphor: Camphor is a counterirritant & decongestant. It causes numbness of the sensory nerve endings of the skin, thereby relieving pain and inflammation, and preventing skin redness. Beneficial for people suffering from Eczema due to its anti-inflammatory properties.

Arnica: Arnica addresses the underlying conditions that cause pain (particularly inflammation), stimulating the body to heal itself.

Eucalyptus Oil: Decongestant, cough suppressant, insect repellent, anti-inflammatory

Capsicum Extract: Analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, contains vitamin C which is also an immune booster.

Vitamin E: As well as being an antioxidant, vitamin E, has been demonstrated to reduce exercise-induced muscle damage and muscle damage pain in arthritic patients. Both vitamin C and E are important in the treatment of arthritic conditions, possibly by reducing oxidative stress. And both of these vitamins are also helpful in reducing muscle soreness secondary to exercise. Clinical studies report that supplementing with vitamin E and C reduces post-exercise inflammation and pain in muscles and joints.

You can apply as often as needed. Most people find relief applying the pain cream every 4-6 hours. If you want to apply it sooner, wait until the first application has completely absorbed and is dry.

Many people comment on the quick cooling sensation, followed by a very warm sensation from the essential oils and specific ingredients to help alleviate pain and inflammation.
